At Hana Bee, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer same-day exchanges or refunds under the following conditions, notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Shipping fees are non refundable.

Eligibility for Same-Day Refunds/Exchanges:

1. Requests must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving your order.
2. Items must be returned in their original packaging with tags attached.
3. A return shipping fee will be incurred.
